What does a restaurant menu say? “Vertical sample” of the legendary Arzak restaurant's menus. A lesson in the history of our gastronomy.

In such a fast-moving world with gastronomy also moving at a fast pace, Elena Arzak will take time out to demonstrate the development of the legendary Basque restaurant's cuisine through its menus. An exercise in memory and history for an understanding of the restaurant's trajectory.

Although this is a look back at the past, the chef and daughter of the myth will also be touching on the present to explain Arzak's current status, and how it is addressing its immediate future.
