The diversity of the Cádiz larder with a touch of Japanese and US cuisine, enhanced with Jerez Wines: A ten-out-of-ten experience.

The province of Cádiz has played a prominent role in history as a point where many cultures and peoples converge. Its range of gastronomy nowadays reflects this diversity, different ways of experiencing gastronomy, at all times with the welcoming spirit so typical of the region.

Sanlúcar chefs José Luis Tallafigo (Restaurante El Espejo) and José Manuel Ávila (Restaurante Daibã) will be taking a look at the Cádiz larder from the perspective of Japanese and US cuisine, demonstrating that Cádiz's gastronomy has no borders or limits.

The "Marco de Jerez" wines' diversity of styles and versatility of combinations will show they can take this experience to the highest possible gourmet level.
