Picadillo, 150 years

The book Picadillo, 150 años (Picadillo, 150 Years) will be presented by its author, Martín Pais. Chef Beatriz Sotelo will prepare a traditional Galician broth, and Michelin-starred chef Luis Veira will present his reimagined version of the same dish. There will also be a wine pairing with Pintadoiro wine from Adega Entre Os Ríos, courtesy of winemaker José Crusat.
