Roots and tides: cuisine from the Mar Menor
Sponsored by 1.001 Sabores. Región de Murcia

There will be a show cooking session with three dishes: one paying homage to Murcia's vegetable gardens, one celebrating Cartagena's Asian coffee and one focusing on fish from the Mar Menor. Specifically, these dishes will be:
'Roots of Murcia's vegetable gardens', based on native tubers from the Region of Murcia and showcasing their various textures.
'Treasures of the Sea and the Salted Vegetable Garden', made with seaweed, garum, fish and seafood from the Mar Menor.
The third dish is a dessert inspired by the flavours of traditional Asian coffee, called 'Memories of the Mediterranean'.
