Examples of tuna include yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares), bigeye tuna (Thunnus obesus), bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus), northern bonito (Thunnus alalunga) and skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis). All of these species were caught off the coast of Tenerife and were presented in a spectacular live carving and tasting session.
