The nostalgia of remembering the future

Remembering is not the same as revisiting the past. Every memory is a reconstruction, blending experiences, images, flavours and fictions, and changing each time it returns. Mugaritz invites us to explore the uncertain space between experience and imagination, where nostalgia can apply to something that never happened and creation can consist of remembering a future that does not yet exist.
