San Sebastián is once again hosting the “Chef del Aceite” competition.
At this event, chefs will compete to be crowned “Chef del Aceite” in the 23rd edition of the competition.
The event aims to promote the excellence and properties of extra virgin olive oil in gastronomy, encouraging its use as a key ingredient in the Mediterranean diet.
