José Alonso is a Spanish chef and culinary entrepreneur. After completing his culinary training in Spain, he moved to Singapore, where he has spent much of his professional career, establishing himself as one of the leading Spanish chefs in Asia. He has worked in renowned restaurants such as Santi Restaurant at Marina Bay Sands, Restaurant André, and Binomio — one of Singapore’s first establishments to specialise in Spanish haute cuisine.

He is currently the co-founder and executive chef of AC Concepts Group, where he continues to develop his vision for Spanish gastronomy in Asia, based on quality produce, tradition, and adaptability to new cultural contexts. His career serves as a bridge between the culinary identity of Spain and the dynamic gastronomic landscape of South-East Asia.
