Five decades of work and a passion for cooking

The name Pedro Subijana is much venerated - not for nothing has he spent over 50 years as a chef making a stand for the flavours of the Basque Country.
Armed with passion and a wealth of experience and wisdom gleaned over those 50 years, the Basque chef will be telling us about his perspective of cookery, and recounting the goings-on in the Akelarre kitchens spanning those five decades. A lesson in the history of today's Basque cuisine.
