The creator of 2023's best apple tart will be revealed in the wake of a debate by a professional jury panel working alongside another popular jury of haute cuisine enthusiasts, who will issue a verdict on this dessert based on such an international fruit as the apple.
The torch will be passed on by last year's winner, the La Carpintería restaurant (Vigo).
