Marcos started his career in the music industry, working in marketing and record label management. After 15 successful years in the music business, Marcos was looking for a new challenge and it was during his time in London that inspiration struck.
Like many of his countrymen, Marcos was dismayed by the lack of authentic Spanish cuisine in a city renowned for its gastronomic diversity. Determined to do something about this, Marcos has dedicated himself to bringing authentic Spanish food to London.
