There are temples of reading, of art, of good food… And even some more specific ones. This is the case that we`re concerned with here: the grilling temple. Guided by its owner, Bittor Arginzoniz, we’ll be taking an in-depth look at the unique features of the cooking at the Etxebarri grill house.
