After more than a year of intense life, Sara and Jorge take the stage at Gastronomika to take stock.
OSA is clear about the cardinal points that will pave their way. Mother, guarantor of identity and family. Home, the warmth of the dining room. Wild, because they show themselves without masks.
At OSA, they pay homage to tradition, terroir and seasonality. And they have done so in their first year, from the kitchen to the dining room. We are going to relive the essence of this year with them and we are going to approach the process that these two young chefs have undertaken.
