Discovering the ins and outs of one of the most famous grill houses in the world

There are temples of reading, of art, of good food… And even some more specific ones. This is the case that we`re concerned with here: the grilling temple. Guided by its owner, Bittor Arginzoniz, we’ll be taking an in-depth look at the unique features of the cooking at the Etxebarri grill house. Like stowaways, we’ll be travelling it its engine room and we’ll try to reveal some of the mysteries of one of the all-time grilling greats of top-quality produce.
