An overview of the production method for rosé champagne

The oenology team from the leading Champagne House is offering the chance to plunge into the world of rosé champagne. We will be starting this master class by reviewing the history of this unique champagne. Then we’ll explore the winemaking process that makes it possible to combine a fresh aroma, roundness in the mouth and a subtly discernable pink-pomegranate colour.
