The Atlantic emerges in Iván Domínguez’s creations with all the savage power of this indomitable ocean.
Iván Domínguez has been around for a while. He trained with Marcelo Tejedor and in the Navy kitchens, launched NaDo in 2019 after years in charge of the kitchens of the Amicalia group: Alabaster (Madrid), Alborada (a Michelin star in A Coruña) and Arallo (A Coruña and Madrid). This is where he developed and left his mark, characterized by cooking with a clear Atlantic focus, with a subtle elegant style and Nordic hints in the way he treats produce, which is always seasonal and local.
Domínguez is a member of the Nove Group, which groups together the chefs who represent the cutting-edge of new Galician cuisine. In 2015 he received the Sabores del Arco Atlántico Award for best Galician chef.
