Royal Vega restaurant (Chennai – INDIA)

After graduating from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, the chef Varun Mohan joined the ITC hotel group as a junior sous-chef at the ITC Maurya, where he and his team delighted the palates of heads of state and leading international personalities.

Born in Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal, Varun belongs to a family of vegetarians, and is passionate about the dishes that are prepared in the kitchens of Indian homes.

Since 2013, Chef Varun Mohan has worked at the Royal Vega restaurant and is the heart and soul of the “sincerely vegetarian” line of the group.

During his 21 years in the profession, Varun has represented India and ITC hotels all over the world.
