Amelia Restaurant (San Sebastián)

Argentine, trained at the Cooking School of Río Cuarto, Paulo, after venturing in his country, including Tierra del Fuego, dedicated himself to travel to learn the world. Mexico, Peru, Arzak, Mirazur, Fat Duck, Lasarte… Then Italy, England, always working in large restaurants and hotels.

In 2014 he opened his first restaurant, La Bottega (where he got a Michelin star), in Geneve (Switzerland). In 2016, Amelia opens in San Sebastián, with a brilliant success: they grant him a Michelin star. In 2019, Da Terra opens in London.
