Enigma Restaurant (Barcelona)

He started work aged 17 as a waiter. When he was 18, he studied for a year at the Hofmann School of Hotel Management and Catering and worked at  several local restaurants. He travelled to Seville in 2004 to elBulli Hotel and was taken on as head pastry chef. After working at Tragabuches and Comerç 24, he joined 41º Experience in September 2012 as head chef, coordinating creativity with Albert from 2013. After the closure of 41º in August 2014, he worked with Albert on the new project Enigma as gastronomic manager.

Since January 3, 2017, when it opened, he has continued to run and evolve the Enigma experience.
