99 Restaurante (Santiago, Chile)

Trained in French cuisine, Kurt is currently 28th in the 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America list and was previously, among others, considered to be the Best Contemporary Chilean Restaurant by “Cookings”.

Kurt has worked in restaurants such as Borago (Chile), Noma (Denmark), Azurmendi (Spain) and Aponiente (Spain). With this top-quality training, before the 99 he had already run the Café Onos and the Taller de raíz, both in Santiago.

At the moment, as well as the famous 99, he also has the Prima Bar (Santiago) and is just finishing a new restaurant school project in the capital itself, la Casa Recoleta.
