Cuca (Bali, Indonesia)

Chef Kevin Cherkas trained in great restaurants, such as El Bulli, Arzak and Daniel in New York. In 2013, he co-founded the restaurant Cuca in Bali, combining global inspiration with local origin. Cuca Restaurant has become one of the most famous gastronomic destinations in South-east Asia, listed number 10 on the “TripAdvisor Travellers Choice” ranking of all the haute-cuisine restaurants in Asia (top 10 restaurants according to TripAdvisor travellers).

Kevin has performed “pop-ups” at the most renowned hotels and restaurants in Asia.
