“Legends” from the El Bulli dining room since the late 1980s and still involved even now (still working with Ferran Adrià), “the Lluïsos” (the Luises) were in charge of service at the famous restaurant at Cala Montjoi under the leadership of the great Juli Soler, and, with him, they managed to shape a new way of understanding the dining room that was the start of the service revolution that is ongoing today.

The Technical Committee has decided to award the Gueridón de Oro 2018 “ex aequo” for the mark that they have made on the new design of restaurants in an innovative contemporary format.
