La Lobita (Navaleno)


A graduate of the Castile and Leon School of Hotel Management and Catering in Soria, Elena trained at the Santo Mauro Hotel in Madrid before opening her own restaurant Lobita in 2001, where she received a Michelin star and a Repsol sun.

Since then, she has been a finalist in several competitions (Castile and Leon Bocuse d’Or; National Cooking Competition with a Mudéjar Touch; winner of the National Truffle in 2011…), in addition to having taken part in the most important gastronomic congresses.

Her cooking, which is a faithful expression of her surroundings in a contemporary style, has made her one of the leading lights of Castilian cuisine.
