Can Bosch Restaurant (Cambrils)

The son of the great Joan Bosch, with whom he shares the kitchen of Can Bosch, Arnau is a graduate in Hotel Management and Catering and one of the emerging figures of the new Catalan culinary wave.

Before taking charge of the family kitchen, he worked at Gordon Ramsay (London), Gaig, Alkimia, Lasarte, Disfrutar (Barcelona) and Can Jubany (Vic).

He won the 2015 Spanish National Gastronomy Award for Young Chef and Entrepreneur.
