Born in Yokohama, he holds a degree in economics and is a certified chef with the All Japan Sushi Association (AJSA). After spending several years cooking in Japan and various places in Europe, he arrived in Málaga at the Zenart restaurant. He then moved to Valencia to join the Tastem group, where he won the award for Best Sushi Chef in Spain.
In 2020, he joined the Kaido Sushi Bar group, earning his first Michelin star a year later.
