San Sebastian Gastronomika –the International Congress of Gastronomy–
will be held from 23rd to 25th November.
During the last ten years, we have made San Sebastian the epicentre of national and European gastronomy for a few days, organising one of the most prestigious event of this sector.
The Kursaal red carpet During has been stepped by the “who is who” of world gastronomy and this parade will continue in the following editions.
After such a success, now it is time to evolve and explore new ways.
And we will do it with two inseparable and indivisible words:
